First Financial Bank is hiring a Consumer Banker in Cincinnati to deepen client relationships by serving existing FFB clients and prospecting new ones. You will open accounts, perform maintenance, and collaborate with Mortgage, Wealth, and Small Business Banking teams to provide tailored financial solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 3–4 years of retail sales and service experience, a track record of meeting performance goals, and a high school diploma or GED.

Formación

• 3-4 years of coaching/mentoring in a retail environment.
• 3-4 years of personal sales/service experience with success in achieving sales and service goals.
• 3-4 years of demonstrated success in meeting performance goals.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Open accounts and perform maintenance.
• Run Teller drawer as needed by management.
• Support client engagement through active calling, conversations, and follow-up.
• Maintain all operational and risk management standards and comply with procedures.
• Assist clients across branch, drive-thru, phone and email channels.
• Collaborate with internal partners to meet client financial needs and provide a first-class experience.
