Qualifications

• 3-4 years client service experience in retail environment.
• 3-4 years sales and service experience with previous success in achieving sales and service goals in retail environment.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• May obtain notary authorization.

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and perform maintenance.
• Run teller drawer as needed by management.
• Support client engagement through active calling, client conversations, and follow up.
• Collaborate with internal partners to bring appropriate level of service or solutions to clients.
• Ensure timely client follow up and maintain risk/compliance standards.
• Provide digital assistance and service for online banking services.
