Qualifications

• Ability to handle cash and process transactions.
• Excellent in-person and written communication; proficient computer use.
• Ability to work Saturdays and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• Performs outbound calls to expand relationships with Preferred Banking Households.
• Works with Branch Team to serve as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households.
• Educates customers on Regions products including loans, deposits, annuities and life insurance.
• Informs customers about digital tools (mobile, online, ATM) to make banking easier.
• Delivers a consistent customer experience and supports day-to-day branch duties.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers to experts when needed.
• Supports team development as a subject matter expert for junior bankers.
• Follows bank processes, adheres to laws, and reports operational risks.
