Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Life Insurance license must be obtained within 120 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieves targets and guides customers with Regions solutions for Preferred Banking Households.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new ones.
• Serves as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households.
• Educates customers on Regions products, including loans, deposits, annuities, and life insurance.
• Educates customers on digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Provides a consistent customer experience in branch operations.
• Owns and resolves customer issues.
• Refers customers to internal experts for additional goals.
• Supports team development as a subject matter expert.
• Follows bank processes and adheres to laws and manages operational risk.
