Regions Bank in Miami Beach, Florida is seeking a Senior Consumer Relationship Banker to meet with customers and prospects, assess financial needs, and offer Regions’ products and guidance to help achieve financial goals. The role emphasizes Preferred Banking Households and wealth solutions, investments, and lending.

Ideal candidates have retail or sales experience, strong communication skills, and a drive to succeed in a collaborative team.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.

Responsabilidades

• Achieves individual and branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions’ solutions for Preferred Banking Households.
• Makes outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Acts as primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households.
• Educates customers on Regions’ products, services, loans, deposits, annuities, and life insurance.
• Provides guidance on digital banking offerings and technology.
• Ensures a consistent customer experience and handles day-to-day branch duties.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex goals to internal experts.
• Supports team development as a subject matter expert for junior bankers.
