Job summary

Regions in Orlando, Florida is seeking a Senior Consumer Relationship Banker who meets with customers to assess financial needs and offer guidance to help achieve goals, with a focus on Preferred Banking Households and affluent solutions. You will deepen relationships, educate on loans and deposits, investments, and digital tools, and collaborate with the branch team to deliver outstanding service.

The candidate will uphold regulatory standards, support junior bankers, and drive business growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Life Insurance license must be obtained within 120 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions for Preferred Banking Households.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships with Preferred Banking and other households.
• Serves as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households.
• Educates customers on Regions’ loan, deposit, annuity, and life insurance products.
• Educates customers on digital solutions like mobile and online banking.
• Delivers a consistent customer experience and handles branch duties as needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex goals to internal experts.
• Supports team development as a subject matter expert for junior bankers.
• Follows bank processes, complies with laws, manages operational risks.
