Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer and maintain focus on a monitor.
• Weekend availability may be required.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieves individual and branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions solutions for Preferred Banking Households.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new ones.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Preferred Banking Households.
• Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services, including loans, deposits, annuities, and life insurance.
• Educates customers on digital solutions like mobile, online, and ATM offerings.
• Provide a consistent optimal customer experience and support day-to-day branch duties.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex goals to internal experts.
• Mentor junior bankers and ensure compliance with bank procedures and regulations.
