First Financial Bank seeks a Consumer Banker to deepen client relationships by servicing existing clients and prospecting for new ones within the branch network. You will book business directly and refer to internal partners as appropriate.

Your role includes opening accounts, handling teller duties, and engaging clients through calls and in-branch conversations to meet customer needs and drive growth.

Formación

• 3–4 years coaching/mentoring in a retail environment.
• 3–4 years personal sales and service experience with goals achieved.
• 4–5 years related experience and/or training in banking or retail.

Responsabilidades

• Open accounts and perform maintenance as needed.
• Run a Teller drawer as assigned by management.
• Engage clients through calls, conversations, and follow-up.
• Partner to bring service or solution expertise to clients.
• Maintain compliance and follow bank policies during transactions.
• Exceed sales, service, and referral goals with team collaboration.

High School Diploma or GED

4–5 years related experience/training
