Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Consultant, Agentic Delivery Acceleration, to own the product vision and end-to-end delivery of AI-powered tools for ProServe engagements. You will shape strategy, roadmaps, and delivery across thousands of practitioners globally, balancing technical and business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

You'll collaborate with engineering, delivery, sales, and operations to ensure scalable, measurable success, while mentoring teams and developing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience.
• 5+ years of consulting, design and implementation of serverless distributed solutions experience.
• 3+ years of cloud based solution, system, network and OS experience.
• 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap and full-lifecycle delivery of agentic AI solutions.
• Lead complex initiatives independently with limited guidance; reason about system-level trade-offs.
• Develop strategic relationships across engineering, delivery, sales and operations; influence multiple teams.
• Manage and mitigate risk; lead escalations; define measurable outcomes and use data to inform decisions.
• Architect go-to-market and change management strategies driving adoption across 2,000+ practitioners.
• Mentor and develop team members; establish best practices and reusable frameworks.
• Lead content development and present to diverse audiences; communicate across technical and non-technical domains.
