Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Principal Consultant, Agentic Delivery Acceleration, to lead strategic initiatives that transform ProServe operations and scale AI-powered engagements worldwide. You will prototype, pilot, and operationalize agentic solutions to accelerate adoption, reduce risk, and enhance customer experiences.

You will collaborate across ProServe to define visions, metrics, and roadmaps, and influence senior leaders to secure resources while delivering measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT and/or Management Consulting experience.
• 3+ years of cloud computing experience.
• 8+ years spearheading strategic cross-functional initiatives with measurable financial results.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive strategic delivery initiatives from inception to global adoption.
• Define initiative vision, success metrics, and roadmaps using PRFAQ/narrative methods.
• Prototype AI-powered solutions in rapid 45-day sprints.
• Transition prototypes to GA via ProServe for scale and maintenance.
• Build partnerships across AWS to align transformation with priorities.
• Influence senior leaders to secure resources and drive adoption.
• Measure initiative impact via portfolio-level business outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven feedback loops.
• Shape the direction of global delivery capabilities and methodologies.
