Job summary

Amazon Web Services is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead Agentic Delivery Acceleration initiatives, driving scalable programs, AI-powered prototypes, and global adoption across ProServe. You’ll partner with leadership to shift delivery models and accelerate customer value.

You will define visions, measure impact, and guide cross-functional teams toward enduring, data-driven improvements that align with AWS’s customer-obsessed culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT and/or Management Consulting experience.
• 3+ years of cloud computing experience.
• 8+ years of spearheading strategic cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable financial results.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive one or more strategic delivery initiatives from inception through scaled adoption globally
• Define initiative vision, success metrics, and roadmaps using working backwards (PRFAQ/narrative) methodology
• Rapidly prototype solutions using AIDLC (AI Development Lifecycle)-ship working prototypes in 45 day sprints
• Transition prototype and beta solutions to GA via ProServe agents for long-term scale and maintenance
• Build partnerships across AWS to align transformation with organizational priorities
• Influence Director- and VP-level stakeholders without formal authority to secure resources and drive adoption
• Measure initiative impact through portfolio-level business outcomes (adoption rates, cycle time reduction, margin improvement)
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven analysis and feedback loops
• Influence strategic direction of global delivery capabilities and methodologies
