Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant, Agentic Delivery Acceleration to own the strategy and end-to-end delivery of AI-powered solutions for ProServe engagements. You will guide product roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive adoption and outcomes at scale.

You will mentor teams, craft go-to-market strategies, and present complex concepts to varied audiences, ensuring successful delivery across thousands of practitioners worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience.
• 5+ years of consulting, design and implementation of serverless distributed solutions.
• 3+ years of cloud based solution, system, network and operating system experience.
• 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and full-lifecycle delivery of agentic AI solutions.
• Lead complex initiatives independently with limited guidance; reason about system-level trade-offs.
• Develop strategic relationships across engineering, delivery, sales, and operations; influence multiple teams.
• Manage and mitigate risk; lead escalations; define measurable outcomes and use data to inform decisions.
• Architect go-to-market and change management strategies driving adoption across 2,000+ practitioners.
