Qualifications

• 3–5 years recruiting experience in a technical setting required; construction/engineering/mechanical contracting preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience building and managing talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on workforce planning and strategic hiring.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing across multiple platforms.
