Zusammenfassung

Gilbane Building seeks a Senior Recruiter to lead the recruitment of self-perform professionals, including field leadership, superintendents, project engineers, and estimators. You will partner with business leaders to develop divisional and national recruiting strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and elevate the candidate experience across the enterprise.

You will coach Recruiter I/II, drive inclusive hiring practices, and ensure compliance with employment laws while leveraging Gilbane

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field preferred.
• 5–7+ years of experience in A/E/C fields; international experience strongly preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Builds targeted pipelines for experienced hires with diverse candidate pools.
• Leads recruiting plans and coordination with Hiring Managers and HR Partners.
• Maintains applicant data in ATS and posts openings in venues.
• Coaches and mentors junior recruiters and promotes inclusive environment.
