Job summary

Gilbane Building is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead recruitment for highly skilled self-perform professionals across field leadership, superintendents, project engineers, PMs, estimators, and crafts. The role partners with business leaders to develop divisional and national strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and elevate candidate experience.

You will mentor Recruiter I/II, leverage market intelligence, and help drive strategic recruiting initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field preferred.
5-7+ years' experience in A/E/C fields; international experience strongly preferred.
Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) highly preferred.
Travel up to 25% may be required.
Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of recruitment process.
Provides high-level consultation for recruitment and staffing management.
Builds targeted pipelines for experienced hires across leadership roles.
Promotes diverse candidates and coaches hiring managers to reduce bias.
Monitors market Intel and advises on recruitment approach across the enterprise.
Creates recruiting and interviewing plans and measures effectiveness with HR Partners.
Manages applicant data and postings across venues.
Oversees use of external recruiters and contract management.
Represents Gilbane’s employer brand internally and externally.
