Job summary

JKL Associates, a division of PUSH, in Bridger, MT, seeks a Construction Superintendent (NW Region). You will manage projects, mentor Foremen and crews, and ensure safety, quality, productivity and profitability while meeting customer requirements.

Requires five years of supervisory utility construction experience; CDL preferred. You will travel extensively, lead teams, and communicate effectively. PUSH offers medical/dental/vision, 401K, PTO, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of supervisory experience in utility construction.
• Experience operating construction equipment or overseeing field crews desirable.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed safety, quality and productivity requirements for projects.
• Lead, direct and mentor Foreman and crews to ensure on-time completion and budget adherence.
• Staff projects, recruit talent and manage subcontractors as needed.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, documents and change orders.
