Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in Atlanta is seeking a Superintendent 3 to plan, manage and execute on all aspects of assigned projects with moderate complexity. You will lead the team, schedule construction sequencing and ensure timely, profitable completion in alignment with company strategy, vision and values.

The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, coordination with subcontractors, and robust communication with owners, design teams and authorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years construction experience.
• 5+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience with Lean principles (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and organizes overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates project site care and control.
• Leads meetings and manages project scheduling with the Project Manager.
• Monitors budget and cost reports; tracks progress and changes.
• Communicates project information to owners, design team and authorities.
• Ensures quality compliance and supports project closeouts.
• Pursues new business opportunities and maintains client relationships.
