Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in Atlanta, GA seeks an experienced Superintendent 3 to plan, manage and execute all aspects of assigned projects with moderate complexity, leading teams, coordinating schedules and ensuring safe, on-time, and profitable completion in line with JE Dunn's strategy.

You'll oversee safety culture, subcontractors, budgets, and progress meetings, and partner with owners, design teams and inspectors to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years construction experience.
• 5+ years field supervision experience.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (Preferred).
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and project workflow.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates project site care and control.
• Manages project schedule with Project Manager.
• Monitors budget and cost reports.
