Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Senior Superintendent to plan, manage and execute on project activities in Atlanta, GA. You will oversee material/equipment, people management and documentation to meet project goals.

This role operates within the safety, quality and EEO programs across small to large projects. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction with field supervision, a valid driver’s license and a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and maintains injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall workflow for a project.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develops work plans and coordinates project site operations.
• Manages project schedule and controls costs with PM guidance.
• Conducts progress meetings and updates owners and design team.
