Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction experience with field supervision.
• Bachelor’s or higher in construction management or engineering preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work non-traditional hours.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple field supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and ensures an injury‑free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Develops work plans and coordinates site activities.
• Maintains project schedule with Project Manager.
• Monitors budget and cost reports.
• Communicates project information to owners and teams.
• Oversees QA/QC and closeout activities.
• Leads daily standups and trade meetings.
• Recruits top talent and promotes diversity.
