Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in Atlanta seeks a Superintendent 3 to plan, manage and execute on complex projects. You will lead safety initiatives, manage teams and subcontractors, and drive on-site work to meet schedule and budget goals.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and proficient use of project management tools. Travel and non-traditional hours may be required to deliver projects on time and with quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 8+ years construction experience.
• 5+ years field supervision experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and mentors staff to create an injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates and manages project site care, custody and control.
• Leads meetings including daily standups and weekly trade meetings.
• Manages project schedule and updates drawings, logs and reports.
• Supports project closeouts and prepares for project review meetings.
