JPI is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead onsite construction by supervising wraps, podiums, and Type I work. The role drives a culture of mentoring, safety, and accountability across field teams, trade partners, and officials.

The position requires 7-9 years as a superintendent, OSHA 30 within 90 days, and strong scheduling and code knowledge. A bachelor’s in construction is preferred, with Procore experience and PC proficiency essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field preferred.
• 7-9 years of experience as a Superintendent.
• OSHA 30 HR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Familiar with multi-family construction procedures and codes.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling practices and software.
• PC proficient.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite aspects of projects including wraps, podiums, and Type I construction.
• Lead project teams and promote safety culture.
• Manage cost and schedule implications; communicate issues at OAC meetings.
• Review plans, submittals, RFIs, and deviations; document them.
• Coordinate with field team and subcontractors; upload schedules to Procore.
• Ensure quality, safety, and code compliance; close-out documentation.
