JPI is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead on-site construction for multi-family projects. You will direct field teams for Wraps, Podiums, and Type I construction, promoting a culture of mentoring, growth, and accountability on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in construction or related field is preferred.
• 7-9 years of experience as a Superintendent.
• OSHA 30 HR certification within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 8 years of construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years multi-family construction supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with multi-family construction procedures.
• Good knowledge of construction building codes.
• Strong scheduling practices and software knowledge.
• PC proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Act as a representative and advocate of JPI's Culture and Guiding Principles.
• Treat all project team members with respect and professionalism.
• Develop and maintain a TEAM culture on the project site.
• Communicate clearly with project team members and document conversations.
• Assist PM with OAC meetings.
• Effectively communicate cost implications or schedule delays to the PM.
• Ensure the project meets safety, scheduling, quality control, and code requirements.
• Develop and implement a program to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Lead the development and maintenance of a complete jobsite schedule and upload to Procore.
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings to review look-ahead schedules and topics.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, and plan reviews.
• Delegate workload to the field team and monitor progress.
