Job summary

JPI is seeking a Senior Superintendent to be accountable for all onsite project aspects in a multi-family setting. You will lead teams across wraps, podiums, and Type I construction with a focus on mentoring, growth, and accountability.

You will develop and maintain the jobsite schedule, ensure safety and quality control, review plans, and manage RFIs and submittals while coordinating with the PM and field team on timely material delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Must have 7–9 years of superintendent experience in multi‑family construction.
• OSHA 30 HR certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Act as a representative and advocate of JPI’s culture and guiding principles.
• Lead onsite teams for wraps, podiums, and Type I construction.
• Develop and maintain a complete jobsite schedule and upload to Procore.
• Oversee RFI’s, submittals, safety, quality control, and code compliance.
• Coordinate with PM and manage subcontractor meetings and plan reviews.
