Job summary

JPI (JPI Employment Services, LLC) seeks a Senior Superintendent to oversee all on-site aspects of multi-family projects, including wraps, podiums, and Type I construction. The role emphasizes mentoring, growth, and accountability for field operations.

The ideal candidate will have 7–9 years of superintendent experience, a construction-related degree (preferred), and OSHA 30 HR certification within 90 days of hire. Strong scheduling and safety leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field preferred (not required).
• OSHA 30 HR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Proficient in construction scheduling practices and software.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite teams for Wraps, Podiums, and Type I Construction.
• Promote mentoring, growth, and accountability on the project site.
• Communicate with PM, Building Officials, and field team; document conversations and decisions.
• Develop and maintain a TEAM culture; ensure safety, scheduling, and quality control.
• Oversee submittals, RFIs, plan reviews, and jobsite close-out documentation.
