Job summary

JPI is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to oversee field construction for multifamily projects. You will coordinate trades, ensure safety, and drive quality and schedule performance across framing, roofing, and finishes.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and 5+ years in multi-family construction, with Procore experience and strong coordination skills. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in construction or related field preferred.
• Experience with multi-family construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field construction processes and ensure quality, schedule, and safety for assigned trades.
• Coordinate subcontractor work across framing, roofing, drywall, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more.
• Conduct safety walks, inspections, and punch list follow-ups before inspections.
• Prepare agendas/minutes for safety and production meetings and manage look-ahead schedules.
