Job summary

JPI in California seeks a Senior Superintendent to oversee all on-site aspects of wraps, podiums, and Type I construction. Lead field teams, mentor staff, and drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence across the project.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of multi-family construction experience.
• OSHA 30 Hour certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site teams and ensure safety, schedule, and quality across the project.
• Develop and maintain a TEAM culture on the project site and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Oversee all RFIs, submittals, and plan reviews; document deviations.
• Coordinate with PM, officials, and trade partners to meet timelines and budgets.
• Promote safety culture and manage administrative functions of the project.
