Job summary

JPI, a leading real estate developer and builder, seeks a Superintendent to manage onsite activities for Garden, Walkup, Affordable, and Wrap projects in the Dallas area. You will mentor teams, enforce safety and quality controls, and drive schedule adherence while coordinating with engineers and officials.

The role requires multi-family construction supervisory experience, familiarity with building codes, and a proactive, collaborative leadership style.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A bachelor’s degree in construction or related field is preferred.
• 4-6 years of experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 HR (Must be completed within 90 days of Hire).
• Prefer a minimum of 3 years of multi-family construction supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as a representative and advocate of JPI’s Culture and Guiding Principles.
• Lead project teams and ensure respectful, professional communication.
• Develop and maintain a TEAM culture on the project site.
• Communicate schedule, safety, and quality requirements to field teams.
• Oversee RFI development, submittals, and plan reviews.
• Promote safety culture and coordinate with APM for project close-out documents.
