Job summary

Jobot is expanding its Colorado team and seeks a seasoned Superintendent to lead field operations in Brighton. You will drive project schedules, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with subcontractors to meet deadlines and budget targets.

The role requires strong leadership, superb communication, and a proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time while maintaining high quality and safety standards at our Colorado location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in construction.
• Strong scheduling, safety, and subcontractor management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret building codes and blueprints.
• Proven leadership and clear communication under pressure.
• Certifications in construction management are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations per plans and specs.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules with subcontractors.
• Enforce safety policies to ensure a safe work environment.
• Manage subcontractors to align with project goals and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Lead and motivate a high-performing onsite team.
