Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role in construction.
• Experience in scheduling, safety, subcontractor mgmt, codes, blueprints, and leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership.
• Strong problem-solving and under-pressure decision-making.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to read technical documents and blueprints accurately.
• Track record of completed projects; references preferred.
• Certifications in construction management or related field are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, ensure work follows plans and specs.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules; coordinate subcontractors.
• Enforce safety policies to create a safe work environment.
• Manage subcontractors to align with project goals and resolve issues.
• Ensure activities comply with building codes and regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents.
• Lead and motivate the team, foster collaboration, resolve conflicts.
