Jobot is seeking a Permanent Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities across the Western U.S. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Strong leadership, planning, and regulatory knowledge are essential for success. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, schedules, and procurement, coordinating with architects/engineers, and guiding subcontractors while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a superintendent role in construction.
• Experience budgeting, scheduling, contract management, blueprint reading and subcontractor management.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities ensuring compliance with design, specs, regulations, timelines and safety codes.
• Develop and manage project schedules to meet deadlines.
• Oversee budgeting, contracts and procurement for cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with architects/engineers to interpret blueprint designs.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors for quality workmanship and timelines.
• Ensure construction activities align with building codes and regulations.
• Develop and implement construction plans and manage changes as needed.
• Apply strong problem-solving to address issues during construction.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team and promote collaboration.
