Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Superintendent for commercial construction in Denver, CO. This on-site, permanent role offers local project work across the Front Range with a salary range of $130,000 to $190,000 per year and comprehensive benefits.

You will lead field teams, coordinate subs and design professionals, develop schedules, monitor safety, and ensure project conformance from preconstruction to completion.

Qualifications

• Prioritizes jobsite safety and enforces compliance with safety programs and regulations.
• Identifies and resolves safety or procedural violations through corrective actions.
• Reviews contract, construction, and specification documents to ensure conformance.
• Conducts constructability reviews and leads QA/QC planning for all project phases.
• Oversees scheduling, inspection, and testing to maintain workflow efficiency and prevent defects.
• Provides field leadership through supervision, mentorship, and career development of team members.
• Coordinates subcontractors, trade partners, and design professionals to maintain alignment and accountability.
• Develops and manages detailed construction schedules, logistics, and procurement plans from preconstruction to completion.
• Manages field cost control, productivity analysis, equipment use, and budget forecasting.
• Supports company initiatives and culture-building through leadership and collaboration.
