Job summary

You will collaborate with the Project Manager, inspectors, owners, and design teams to maintain the master schedule, manage site logistics, and document daily progress and safety logs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading on-site teams and coordinating multiple trades.
• OSHA 30 required within 12 months of placement.
• 5–8 years of construction field experience, with 1–3 years supervising field operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily jobsite operations for one project or defined area.
• Direct subcontractor crews and self-perform labor when needed.
• Ensure work aligns with plans, specs, and safety policies.
• Maintain daily reports, safety logs, and progress documentation.
• Support QA/QC, punch lists, inspections, and project close-out.
