Job summary

Jobot is seeking a field leader to independently run commercial projects in Colorado, including ground-up, tenant finish, and specialty work. You will coordinate subs, manage schedules, enforce safety, and maintain quality on site.

This role offers direct access to ownership, mentorship of younger superintendents, and exposure to diverse project types with autonomy from start to finish.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of commercial construction field experience.
• Prior Superintendent experience.
• Experience with retail, restaurant, banking, healthcare, or other commercial projects.
• Procore experience required.
• Strong knowledge of safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and field documentation.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, safety, schedule, quality, and inspections
• Manage a range of complex commercial projects, including retail, restaurant, banking and financial, and other technical tenant improvement work
• Maintain daily reports, photos, punch lists, look-aheads, and project documentation in Procore
• Track and document T&M work, including labor, materials, equipment, tickets, approvals, and backup
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, schedules, specifications, and field changes
• Enforce OSHA standards, company safety policies, and project-specific safety requirements
• Communicate proactively with Project Managers, clients, design teams, inspectors, subcontractors, and leadership
• Mentor younger superintendents, assistant superintendents, foremen, and field staff
