Job summary

You will direct subcontractors, coordinate with the project team, and maintain rigorous site documentation. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years in construction, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to supervise, motivate, and mentor field teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; equivalent field experience accepted.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily jobsite operations and subcontractor productivity.
• Plan and coordinate project scheduling with PM and field leaders.
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance with plans and codes.
• Lead punch list, inspections, and close-out activities.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and logs.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
