Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years construction experience with 5+ years field supervision experience.
• Lean principles experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of the company’s safety culture and ensures a safe environment.
• Manages subcontractors and organizes overall job workflow.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Manages project schedule and budget in coordination with the Project Manager.
