Job summary

JE Dunn’s Advanced Facilities Group is seeking a Superintendent 3 to plan, manage and execute on assigned projects with moderate complexity. You will lead the team, plan construction sequencing, and drive timely and profitable completion in line with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

You will coordinate subcontractors, safety, quality and cost controls, develop work plans, manage field staff and ensure proper documentation and progress reporting across projects.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• 8+ years construction experience.
• 5+ years field supervision experience.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and incident investigations; mentors staff and ensures injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and organizes overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates and manages project site care and logistics.
• Leads daily standup and weekly trade meetings; participates in progress meetings.
