Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced Scheduling Leader to oversee a scheduling team across one or more projects, developing CPM baselines, tracking progress, and coordinating with BIM/4D integration. You will mentor staff, review critical paths, and drive schedule-informed decisions to meet project milestones.

Responsibilities include leading schedule updates, risk mitigation, and presenting insights at ORM and client meetings; requires Lean/Takt experience and strong analytical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction or related field; 10+ years of related experience.
• Large construction project experience (> $100M).
• Scheduling certification desired (AACE PSP PMI-SP).
• Experience in construction project engineering and supervisory positions.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and scheduling tools like Acumen Fuse and Change Inspector.
• Ability to interpret contract docs, drawings and scopes to build schedules.
• Knowledge of Lean construction, Takt and earned value concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling activities for Scheduling group on construction projects.
• Develop and maintain CPM baseline schedules and progress updates.
• Integrate BIM/4D models and Last Planner System into schedules.
• Monitor performance against baselines; mitigate risks and variances.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction, Procurement, Construction and BD for schedules.
• Lead schedule reviews and present dashboards at ORM or planning sessions.
• Provide scheduling training and enforce Playbook policies.
• Support client engagements and contract language related to scheduling.
