Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks an experienced Scheduling Lead to oversee the scheduling team across multiple construction projects. You will develop CPM baselines, integrate 4D/BIM elements, and track progress against baselines with early risk mitigation.

You will collaborate with Preconstruction, Procurement and Construction teams, and provide guidance on scheduling best practices while driving value for the project and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience on large construction projects.
• Scheduling certifications (AACE PSP, PMI-SP) preferred.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and scheduling analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling activities for one or more construction projects.
• Develop and maintain CPM-based baseline schedules and look-ahead plans.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction, Procurement and Construction to align schedules.
• Lead monthly schedule reviews and provide dashboard metrics.
• Educate and mentor scheduling staff on Playbook policies.
