Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced scheduling professional for a key role in construction project management. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree and over 10 years of progressive experience in scheduling large construction projects. Knowledge of scheduling software such as Oracle Primavera P6 is essential.

This position offers an annual salary range of $130,000 to $170,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from accredited program in Engineering or related field.
• 10 plus years of progressive scheduling experience in building construction.
• Scheduling Certification (e.g., AACE, PMI-SP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedule based on Critical Path Method (CPM).
• Maintain relationships with project stakeholders for communication.
• Participate in project kick-off meetings to ensure scheduling accuracy.

Skills

Proficient use of scheduling software applications

10 plus years of progressive scheduling experience

Ability to interpret contract documents

Large construction project experience (> $100m)

Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
