Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced scheduling leader to oversee the scheduling group on large, complex construction projects. You will develop and maintain CPM baselines, monitor progress, and drive schedule performance across multiple functions including procurement and construction.

The role requires integration with BIM/VDC, Last Planner System, and cross‑functional teams. Strong analytical and communication skills, plus 8+ years in construction scheduling, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/construction management or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience in large construction projects.
• Experience with scheduling software (Primavera P6) and related tools.
• Scheduling Certification desired (AACE, PSP, PMI-SP) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling team and project staff on one or more construction projects.
• Prepare, maintain, and monitor project baselines and CPM schedules.
• Develop and integrate schedules across procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Collaborate with project departments and BIM/VDC for 4D modeling and Last Planner System.
• Perform monthly progress updates and provide scheduling dashboards for leadership.
