Job summary

Turner Construction Company in San Antonio, TX is seeking an experienced Scheduling Manager to lead the Scheduling team on complex construction projects. You will develop and maintain CPM baselines, monitor progress, and coordinate with Preconstruction, Procurement, and Construction to ensure on-time delivery.

You will integrate BIM/4D models, Last Planner System, and risk analysis while guiding the team to mature scheduling practices and deliver accurate forecasts for executive reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience on large construction projects (> $100M).
• Scheduling certification (AACE, PSP, PMI-SP) desired.
• Ability to interpret contract documents, drawings and specs to build schedules.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and scheduling diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scheduling group and supervise scheduling activities on one or more projects.
• Develop full CPM baseline schedules and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate with Preconstruction, Procurement, Construction, and BIM/4D teams.
• Integrate Last Planner System and risk analysis into schedules.
• Prepare and deliver schedules for ORM/leadership reviews; provide dashboards.
• Support BD and BU activities with scheduling input and language.
