Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Scheduling Leader to oversee the Scheduling team across one or more complex construction projects. You will develop and maintain CPM baseline schedules, monitor progress, and integrate 4D BIM and Last Planner System with cross-functional teams.

The role requires leading project scheduling activities, providing expert input to BD and BU activities, and ensuring schedules align with owner requirements and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience.
• Scheduling certifications (AACE, PSP, PMI-SP) desired.
• Experience in construction project engineering and supervisory positions.
• Proficient use of Primavera P6 and scheduling tools.
• Ability to interpret contracts, drawings and scopes of work to build schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Scheduling team, project staff, or consultants across one or more projects of varying size and complexity.
• Develop and review CPM baseline schedules and monitor progress.
• Create and maintain detailed schedules and resource-loaded plans.
• Integrate LPS and BIM/4D into construction schedules with cross-functional teams.
• Provide scheduling dashboards and monthly performance reviews.
