Turner Construction Company in San Antonio's San Antonio Main division seeks an experienced field supervisor to oversee all on-site construction activities, coordinate with owners, architects, and engineers, and ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of building experience, strong leadership, and hands-on proficiency with schedules, safety programs, BIM/Lean tools, and cost control.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in construction or related field and 8+ years of building experience.
• Thorough knowledge of general and subcontract documents, drawings, specs, construction means, methods and materials.
• Familiarity with BIM and Lean practices to benefit project.
• Strong management, leadership and communication skills with writing ability.

Aufgaben

• Liaise with owners, architects, and engineers for day-to-day activities.
• Develop and implement overall project schedules with critical path.
• Lead and develop field staff; conduct performance appraisals as needed.
• Ensure safety program adherence and compliance with Turner standards.
