Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Scheduler Lead - Associate Director to join our team in managing scheduling on large construction programs. You will work from a planning, cost and risk perspective, ensuring integrated baselines and milestone tracking are maintained.

Strong leadership and communication are essential. You will direct the scheduling team, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and drive schedule performance while mentoring colleagues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of scheduling experience in construction.
• Experience in complex, fast-paced environments with proactive coordination.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to respond to RFPs and support wider business initiatives.
• Demonstrates organizational and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling within an integrated planning, cost and risk environment.
• Develop project milestones and progress tracking baselines.
• Ensure scheduling methodology is followed across the project.
• Coach and mentor the planning team.
• Lead schedule reporting and contingency management for work packages.
• Analyze resource requirements and provide recovery options.
