Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience.
• AACE scheduling certification is preferred.
• Experience building a complex master schedule.
• Familiar with drawings, specifications and contracting.
• Able to convert data into Tableau reports.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage schedules for large construction programs.
• Use P6 and Tableau for portfolio schedules.
• Maintain schedule integrity with project teams.
• Produce monthly progress reports.
• Update schedules to align with program calendar.
• Resource loading and float path analysis.
• Identify potential delays and issues early.
• SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
