Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Program Scheduler to create and manage scheduling for large-scale construction programs. The successful candidate will support delivery of capital projects across sectors including data centers, critical infrastructure, aviation, and energy.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of scheduling experience, proficiency with Primavera P6 and Tableau, and the ability to collaborate with PMs and contractors to maintain schedule integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of applicable experience in scheduling for complex construction programs.
• AACE planning/scheduling certification preferred; experience building master schedules.

Responsibilities

• Implement best practices and reporting trends for programs.
• Create and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau.
• Review and understand schedule logic for E&C and construction activities.
• Develop and oversee schedules using the critical path method.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to maintain schedule integrity.
• Produce monthly progress reports and lookahead schedules (1, 3, 6 months).
• Identify dependencies and develop conceptual schedules from initiation to closeout.
• Update master schedules with rolling-wave planning and resource loading.
• SOX control responsibilities may apply where applicable.
