Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Program Scheduler to join our team and create and manage scheduling for large-scale construction programs. The successful candidate will bring experience supporting delivery of construction and capital projects across key markets including data centers, critical infrastructure, aviation, life sciences, and energy & natural resources.

Responsibilities include implementing best practices, creating and analyzing schedules with Primavera P6 and Tableau, maintaining

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, engineering or field related to construction.
Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience
Certification by AACE in planning/scheduling is preferred
Prior experience building a complex master schedule
Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications and construction contracting.
Able to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics.

Responsibilities

Create and manage schedules using Primavera P6 for large-scale construction programs.
Review engineering, procurement and construction schedule logic.
Produce E2E master schedules using rolling wave planning.
Resource loading schedules and management overview of utilization.
Prepare and update monthly progress reports.
Collaborate with contractors and sub-contractors regularly.
Monitor and communicate potential issues delaying the schedule.
SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role.
