Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Program Scheduler to join our team and lead scheduling for large-scale construction programs. You will create and manage schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and contractors to maintain schedule integrity from initiation through closeout.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in construction scheduling, stakeholder management, and reporting, with proficiency in P6 and Tableau.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or related construction field.
Minimum 5–7 years of applicable experience.
AACE planning/scheduling certification preferred.
Prior experience building a complex master schedule.
Familiarity with drawings, specifications and contracting.
Able to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics.

Responsibilities

Create and manage scheduling for large-scale construction programs using Primavera P6 and Tableau.
Review and understand engineering, procurement and construction schedule logic.
Create, manage, and oversee schedules using critical path methods.
Collaborate with project managers and contractors to maintain schedule integrity.
Produce monthly progress reports and look-ahead schedules (1, 3, 6 months).
Identify dependencies, risks, and potential delays; monitor schedule performance.
