Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Program Scheduler to join our team to create and manage scheduling for large-scale construction programs. The successful candidate will bring experience supporting delivery of construction and capital projects across key markets, including data centers, critical infrastructure, aviation, life sciences, and energy & natural resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of applicable experience.
• AACE scheduling certification preferred.
• Experience building a complex master schedule.
• Familiarity with drawings, specifications and contracting.
• Able to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage schedules for large-scale construction programs.
• Use Primavera P6 and Tableau to produce reports and dashboards.
• Review engineering, procurement and construction schedule logic.
• Maintain schedule integrity with project managers and contractors.
• Prepare monthly progress reports and look-ahead schedules.
• Monitor for schedule risks and communicate potential delays.
